RECENT EVENTS

• In 1996 ITAS built one of the biggest smokeless, air assisted Elevated Flares in the world, located in Kuwait.
• In 1996 ITAS supplied the biggest controlled combustion totally enclosed Ground Flare (50 tonnes/h of hydrocarbons) with continuous monitoring of the emissions for the Petrochemical Plant in Brindisi - Italy. This system achieved emissions within the european requirements for thermal oxidisers.
• In September 1996 the new Testing Area was opened during the twentieth anniversary of ITAS.
• In 1997 ITAS designed and realised six Air Heaters, direct firing, dual fuel gas/oil, capacity from 4900 to 5700 kw, installed on machines for the production of tissue paper.
• In 1999 and 2000 new ITAS offices were opened in Frankfurt, Germany and Cambrige, UK to meet the ever increasing demands of the european market.
• In 2000 ITAS ships another flare to a major Taiwanese petrochemical company. ITAS has now supplied this site with two 64 tph totally enclosed ground flare, one 46 tph totally enclosed ground flare plus three 140 m high derricks each having an 80" hydrocarbon flare and a 54" acid gas flare.
• In 2001 a large scale Thermal Oxidiser is supplied to France on a turnkey basis including, oxidiser, waste heat boiler, control system and DCS.
• Through 2001 and 2003 ITAS Ecology has really supplied in a short time turnkey system to the german market.
• In 2004 ITAS realised for Germany and Iran two large Recuperative Thermal Oxidisers for the distrucyion of liquid and gas waste, complete with high performance steam recovery boiler.
• Through 2004 and 2005 ITAS supplied 180 Low Nox Reformer Burners for Germany.
• In 2005 ITAS acquired both direct and indirect orders from China where it has started to build up a commercial network.
• Today ITAS is bidding worldwide for major projects and has a network of international representatives.
